I am a wife, divorcee, mother, breast cancer survivor, nurse for nearly 2 decades, and imperfect human. I love the outdoors, shopping, and often dream of the beach! I have a creative knack for cooking and cannot keep a plant alive to save my life (but I am learning). My passion for mental health care began when I worked as a nurse at a crisis pregnancy center and the mission for wellness began after several major life changes. I began to recognize the associations between the experiences of our physical body and the health and wellness of our mind, body, and spirit. 464 Wellness Solutions seeks to bring awareness of these interrelated domains to each individual.
It is my belief and experience that our overall well-being is improved when we are more mindful of the health of our mind, body, and spirit as a whole. This pursuit of mindful well-being is a daily journey. The 464 Pillars of Wellness can provide the foundation by which your daily journey can lead to more peace in your life and relationships.
